Welcome to Point Break Morocco! By booking a surf package or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Booking & Payment: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payments can be made via PayPal or offline methods as listed at checkout.

2. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Changes to bookings are subject to availability.

3. Customer Responsibilities: Guests must provide accurate information and follow all instructions from our team and surf instructors. Participation in surf activities is at your own risk.

4. Liability: Point Break Morocco is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. We recommend all guests have travel insurance.

5. Amendments: We may update these terms occasionally. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
